I am a college student.
I am educated.
I am well-spoken.
I have a professional appearance.
I have years of experience working in different fields.
So, why can't I find a job?
I have searched for a whole year to no avail, spending hours filling out applications, driving around looking for help wanted signs, even dropping off my resume to businesses that "weren't hiring yet but would contact me as soon as they had an opening."
Needless to say, I have yet to get a call.
In my next post, I will post my resume so you can see what I am working with and if you, readers, see any thing in there that could use some editing, please let me know. I apparently need all the help I can get.
